PestSheet is built and operated by Yamnaya LLC.

What we collect

Your name, company, email, password (hashed, never stored in plain text), and mobile phone number, which we verify once by text message through Twilio Verify. We never use your phone number for anything else, and we never text you again after verification.

What we don't collect

We never collect, store, or forward a phone number, email address, or any contact information for the restaurants that appear on the sheet — even when a source's raw public file includes one (New York City's does), it is dropped before a single row is parsed and never reaches our database. Everything on the sheet comes from each covered area's own public health-inspection records, named on each county page.

Payments

Card details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

Postcards

When you choose to mail a postcard, the recipient's business name and street address — both already public information from that area's inspection records — are sent to Lob, our print-and-mail vendor, solely to produce and mail that postcard.
