PestSheet is operated by Yamnaya LLC.

What the data is

The sheet is built from each covered area's own public health-inspection records: the health department's published inspection results and closures. Each county page names its sources. PestSheet filters those public records down to rows involving insects, rodents, or a pest-related citation or closure, and organizes it by county.

What happens with a postcard

If you choose to mail a postcard, the pest company mails the business — a single printed postcard through our mail vendor, addressed to the business's public street address. That is the only way PestSheet or a subscribing pest company contacts a business named on the sheet.

What we don't do

Yamnaya LLC does not call, text, or email the businesses on the sheet. We do not sell, rent, or forward any business's contact information to anyone, because we never collect it in the first place.

Shared lists

A subscription is to a county, or to every covered county of a state. Any number of pest control companies may subscribe to the same area at the same time. PestSheet does not promise a company that no one else will see the same list.

No guarantees

The sheet reflects each covered area's own published records as of the date they were published. PestSheet does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of that data, and is not responsible for a business's inspection status changing after publication.
